Daisy's Daycare, Rates & Conditions.
When choosing a place for your child, it’s comforting to know what to expect financially. You pay a monthly fee for childcare, but many parents are entitled to childcare allowance from the government. This means a portion of the costs is reimbursed, reducing the net cost (the amount you ultimately pay).
Childcare Allowance 2026
The government provides childcare allowance to parents with one or more children attending childcare. This allowance covers part of the costs. Maximum hourly rates are adjusted annually, and you can check the percentage that applies to your income on the official government website.
In 2026, the maximum hourly rate eligible for childcare allowance is €11.23. If your childcare provider’s rate is higher, the difference is not covered by the allowance. You can receive compensation for up to 230 hours of childcare per month, depending on the number of hours worked by the least-working parent. Your final contribution will depend on your income and the number of children attending childcare.
At Daisy’s Daycare, our hourly rate is €14.48. This all-inclusive rate covers bottle feeding, meals, diapers, and all care products, ensuring there are no unexpected or additional costs.
We are open 52 weeks a year from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with the exception of public holidays in accordance with the CAO and one staff training day. This closure day is always communicated well in advance. From a pedagogical point of view, we work with a minimum enrollment of two days per week, as this supports consistency, familiarity, and your child’s well-being.
Flexible Swap Days

Life can be unpredictable and that’s okay. If you cancel a scheduled daycare day up to 48 hours in advance, you’ll receive a swap day to use later, as long as there's space in your child’s group. It’s our way of honoring your commitment and flexibility.
Request Extra Days

Need a little extra help? You can request an additional daycare day at a rate of €165. This fee applies only once your request is approved and your child attends. Making it easy for you to adjust your plans.
