Who are we?
Daisy’s Daycare is a small-scale daycare in Amsterdam West. We offer small and half-day groups to ensure there is daily one-on-one time with each child. We aim to create a place where children, parents, and staff feel heard and valued. We believe this is key to a happy, healthy, and development-focused childcare environment. We care deeply about the development of both children and our staff. Each year, we organize two training days for you, provide an in-house coach for guidance, and are eager to hear about your ambitions!

 

What will you do?
As a Location Caretaker, you ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic environment where children can thrive. You work closely with our team of pedagogical staff. Your responsibilities include:

• Warming meals for children

• Laundry and cleaning of the facility and groups

• Maintaining a welcoming and orderly environment

Your work requires proactivity, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

What do we expect from you?

• A strong sense of responsibility for maintaining a clean and pleasant environment

• Willingness to work 27 or 36 hours per week, spread over three or four days

• Passion for working in a childcare setting

• Experience in cleaning and laundry

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

• A proactive mindset
